Admin Officer (Proc.), P.O. Box No.35, Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed quotations from reputable firms, stakeholders, wholesale dealers and proprietors registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply of the following items on F.O.R., D.G. Khan basis. Tender documents (with detailed specifications and terms) will be sold until 2026-09-15 on written request against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 per tender in the shape of Call Deposit in favour of Head LAO, CPC (Payable at any bank in D.G. Khan).

Quotations will be received until 2026-09-16 at 13:30 hours; bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders. Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope delivered to the Admin Officer (Proc.), P.O. Box No.35, Dera Ghazi Khan via Registered Post/UMS or an authorized courier service. Mark each envelope with the relevant Tender No. and due details as required.
In case of a holiday on the scheduled opening date, the opening will take place on the next working day. The advertisement and tender documents are also available at the PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
