Municipal Corporation Gujrat E‑Tender Notice – Works for Maryam Nawaz Family Park, Sarai Alamgir

Issuer: Municipal Corporation Gujrat. Municipal Corporation Gujrat invites e-tenders for civil works for the financial year 2025-26. Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered with E&P Punjab as per Government of Punjab directions.

Key instructions:

• Single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted.
• Bids must be submitted online through the E‑PUNJAB portal (EP‑Punjab). Bidding documents can be obtained via EP‑Punjab and the PPRA website. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Each bidder must upload a distinct CDR for each scheme; uploading the same CDR for more than one scheme will be treated as a false entry and may lead to rejection.
• No cutting or amendment is allowed in the quoted bid. Telephonic or conditional tenders and bids submitted without earnest money will not be entertained.
• Information, scope of work and other conditions are available from the office of the Municipal Officer (In), Municipal Corporation Gujrat during office hours.
• If the bid opening date falls on an official holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
• Firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at time of payment release as prescribed by Government of Punjab.
• PPRA rules apply. In case of violations, the contractor may be required to deposit additional performance security (CDR). The lowest bidder offering 5% or more below the estimated cost will be bound to deposit additional performance security in the form of CDR.

• Last date/time for online submission: 2026-10-09 up to 11:00 AM.
• Bid opening: 2026-10-09 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Municipal Officer (In), Municipal Corporation Gujrat, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their representatives.
