| Finance Manager / DDO (PPS-09) | 45 years | MBA (Finance) / ACCA / ACMA or equivalent from an institute/university recognized by HEC | At least 8 years post-qualification experience handling finance/accounts: processing payments, payables/receivables, reconciliations, taxation and compliance. Experience with donor-funded/PSDP projects preferred. |
| Project Officer (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management / Computer Sciences / IT / related fields | Minimum ~4 years post-qualification experience in project implementation, resource development, capacity development or related functions. Prior experience on PSDP/ADP or donor projects is an advantage. |
| Assistant Manager — Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-08) | 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management / Social Sciences / Business or related fields | Minimum ~4 years post-qualification experience in project monitoring & evaluation, impact assessment or project management.
