Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under the Ministry of IT & Telecom invites applications for the post of Manager, Data & Research to support Pakistan's IT & IT‑enabled services export growth and digital transformation.

| Manager, Data & Research | 50 years | Minimum 16 years of education (Master's degree or equivalent) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience in data analysis/research or business intelligence are also encouraged to apply. Degree must be from an HEC‑recognized national or international university/institution. | Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in data analysis / business intelligence / research / performance monitoring / industry analytics or related roles. Hands‑on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio). Working knowledge of SQL, advanced spreadsheet analysis, and spreadsheet‑based data manipulation. Experience in data collation, data frameworks, survey tools, dataset management, data cleaning/validation/quality assurance. Ability to prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. | Experience in public sector, ICT industry, consulting or development sector. Working knowledge of Python or R for data transformation, automation and statistical analysis. Understanding of Pakistan's IT/ITeS sector, ICT exports, technology companies, skills landscape and public sector data structures. Relevant certifications in data analysis / BI / data visualization / statistical analysis are an asset. |
