Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications for the position of Manager — Data & Research to support the country’s IT and IT-enabled services export promotion and digital transformation efforts.

| Minimum Qualification | 16 years of education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline. Degrees must be from an HEC-recognized institution. |
| Required Experience | Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in data analysis, business intelligence, research, performance monitoring, industry analytics or related fields. |
| Key Skills & Tools | Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), strong SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills, data collection frameworks, survey tools, dataset management, KPI/reporting systems, data cleaning, visualization, and presentation skills. |
| Preferred / Added Advantage | Experience in public sector, ICT industry, consulting or development sector; working knowledge of Python or R for data transformation/automation/statistical analysis; understanding of Pakistan’s IT/ITeS sector and ICT exports; business intelligence and statistical analysis experience. |
