Jinnah Sindh Medical University Tender: Establish Autism Rehabilitation Centre & Monthly AC Maintenance — Karachi

Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Procurement Department (Ref. JSMU/W&S/PROC/NT/2025835; Date: 07-07-3026) invites tenders for the establishment of an Autism Rehabilitation Centre and monthly maintenance and service of air-conditioners for various JSMU campuses.

Bids must be submitted online via EPADS with Technical and Financial proposals as specified in the bidding documents. Original bid security in favor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University must be delivered in hard copy in a sealed envelope to the Office of the Procurement Officer, Rafiqui H.J. Shaheed Road, Karachi (Postal Code 75510) on the day of tender opening. Bidders must attach NTN and SKB certificates and an affidavit on Rs.200 e-stamp stating the firm is not blacklisted. Procurement will follow SPPRA rules (2010, amended 2025); tenders will be opened by the Procurement Committee in bidders' presence.
