Education City Project (Government of Sindh) — EOI for Internet Services (BOT, 10 years)

The Project Implementation Unit (Education City), Government of Sindh invites Expressions of Interest from eligible investors, distributors, suppliers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for provision of internet services on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis for a period of ten (10) years.

Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, hold all required licences/approvals and have experience supplying internet services to large urban areas. Proposal documents, including eligibility and scope details, are available at www.educationcity.gos.pk. Submit completed EOIs and required documents to the PIU office at 1st Floor, Block A, FTC Building, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi by 2026-07-29 during office hours.
