Tender: Procurement of IT & Multimedia Production Equipment – SP&IU, Punjab

Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids for procurement of IT equipment and multimedia production equipment. Joint ventures/consortia are allowed. Bids must be submitted only through the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Key instructions: bid validity 120 days; incomplete or conditional bids and bids without the specified bid security will be rejected. Bid security (2% of estimate) must be deposited via the digital banking facility of the Punjab E-Procurement System and the payment proof uploaded with the Technical Bid. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted.

Submission & opening: Submit bids on or before 2026-10-01 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

Additional conditions and complete bidding documents are available on the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
