Tender: Canteen Contract — College for Women, Binerbidian Road, Lahore (2026–27)

Principal, College for Women, Binerbidian Road, Lahore invites sealed bids for operation of the college canteen to meet student requirements for the academic year 2026–2027.

Tender / bid documents (non-refundable) cost PKR 2,000 and are available from the college office during official working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline below; couriered bids are permitted. Bids will be opened publicly on the stated opening date and time.

Required/eligible parties: financially sound bidders. Submitted bids must include CNIC, CV, proof of past experience, registration / sales tax certificates and other supporting documents as applicable. Follow instructions on the tender documents for any earnest/security and eligibility conditions. The Principal reserves the right to suspend or cancel the tender or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
