Procedure & submission instructions:
- Tender documents available on submission of Rs.1,000 demand draft / pay order in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer (non-refundable) as specified in the notice. - Earnest money (2% of bid) must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope in the form prescribed. - Tender Nos. 01/26 & 02/26: Single-stage, two-envelope (submit Technical & Financial proposals in separate envelopes). Tender Nos. 03/26–17/26: Single-stage, single-envelope. - Samples (where required) must be attached with the technical proposal; otherwise quotation will not be considered. - Quotations must reach the Sr. Admin Officer (Proc), P.O. Box No.2, D.G. Khan by registered post/UPS/courier before the stated due time. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the tender number and package name.
Opening: Quotations received by the due date will be opened the same day in presence of bidders. Financial bids (where applicable) will be opened on 2026-10-28 at 10:30 Hrs. The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders.
