OPF Invitation to Bids: Excavator, Tractor & Hydraulic Trolley (Islamabad)

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation invites bids for the procurement of one tyre-mounted hydraulic excavator, one tractor and one hydraulic trolley for OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad. Bidders must submit proposals electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 portal and comply with the specified bid security and documentary requirements.

Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives; the original bid security instrument (CDR/Pay Order) must be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0 and the original submitted before bid closing.
