Issuer: Office of the Capital City Police Officer, Lahore. Inviting e-bids on a lot basis (Single Stage Two Envelope) for a Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible bidders: firms/companies, sole proprietors, general order/service providers (and JVs, if applicable) engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax).
Bid security: 3% of the total bid price must be submitted with the technical proposal via bank mobile/corporate payment portal (Access 11B Invoice option) and processed through the Punjab e‑Procurement Portal as specified in the tender documents.
