Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified recruitment firms for end-to-end recruitment services including advertisement, application receiving, shortlisting, conducting tests, marking and result preparation.

Eligibility / Minimum Requirements (summary of published conditions):
- Firm must be registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN, STRN, PNTN as applicable).
- Provide audited financial statements and/or copies of work orders/contracts/MOUs for the last five years demonstrating sound financial strength (published minimum: PKR 50 million turnover in a financial year).
- Minimum five (5) years' experience of conducting recruitment tests, supported by documentary proof (work orders/contracts/MOUs).
- Must have conducted large-scale recruitment tests (documentary proof required); other documentary and technical qualifications as per EOI document.
Submission / Procedure:
- Submission is single-stage, two-envelope (separate Technical and Financial proposals).
- Technical proposals to be submitted in sealed envelopes; financial envelopes will be opened only for technically qualified firms.
- Proposals must reach the Director (HR & Admin), Punjab Education Foundation, by the stated deadline.
Important Date: Submission deadline: 2022-09-22 (time shown in notice: until 03:00 PM).
