National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Wing Head – SBP Validation and Internal Audit Reports Compliance (VP) to support SBP inspection validation, audit observations management and regulatory compliance activities.

| Education / Qualifications | Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution. Master’s degree and/or professional qualifications (ACA / ACCA / CFA / CIA or equivalent) preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years of banking experience in Branch Audit, Management Audit, Operations Audit or Business & Assets Risk Review. |
| Key Skills | Familiarity with internal audit practices and regulatory guidelines; strong communication, presentation and analytical skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Visio), SAP and Core Banking applications. |
| Main Responsibilities | Coordinate and validate SBP inspection findings and observations; manage responses to SBP and ensure timely submissions; review and validate para-wise and significant issues; liaise with A&IG divisional heads and external auditors; finalize monthly/quarterly SBP observation reports for Chief Internal Auditor sign-off; submit consolidated compliance/status updates to Compliance Group and Board Audit Committee; act as focal person for law-enforcement liaison; coordinate validation and closure of regulatory findings and CAP follow-up; review Design & Operating Effectiveness per Internal Audit Manual; maintain records and update risk/register and MIS for management review; any other assignments as required. |
| Employment Type | Contract basis for three years (renewable at management’s discretion). Compensation and benefits as per bank policy. |
