Issuing organization: A Constitutional Organization. Applications are invited for regular posts to join the Secretariat. Candidates who fulfill prescribed qualifications and experience must apply online through the Candidates Testing Service (CTS) website within 15 days of publication.

Key responsibilities & skills: drafting legal documents; analyzing and preparing replies to courts and para-wise comments; interpretation and analysis of court decisions.

Important instructions:

• Persons already in government service must apply through proper channel and produce NOC at the time of interview.
