National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Wing Head – SBP Validation and Internal Audit Reports Compliance (Vice President). The role reports to the Divisional Head – Management, Operations Audit & Regulatory Coordination and is based in Karachi. Employment is on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion.

Minimum Qualification	Minimum Graduation (degree from HEC-recognized institution). Master's degree and professional qualifications/certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
Experience	Minimum 8 years of banking experience in Branch Audit, Management Audit, Operations Audit and/or Business & Assets Risk Review.
Skills & Knowledge	Familiarity with internal audit practices and regulatory guidelines; strong business communication, presentation and analytical skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Visio), SAP and Core Banking applications.
Key Responsibilities	Coordinate with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) inspections for the Audit & Inspection Group (A&IG) and manage responses to SBP observations, ensuring timely submission and para-wise validation. Coordinate with A&IG Divisional Heads and Compliance Group to finalize and submit monthly and quarterly SBP observation reports and consolidated compliance updates. Coordinate A&IG deliverables with external auditors; act as liaison with law enforcement agencies where required. Coordinate validation and closure of regulatory findings and follow up on Corrective Action Plan (CAP) implementation with auditee management. Review and validate compliance for Design Effectiveness (DE) and Operating Effectiveness (OE) in line with the Internal Audit Manual. Prepare regulatory status updates and presentations for senior management and the Board Audit Committee; maintain records and update the Risk Register and related MIS for management review. Perform other assignments as directed by supervisors.
Employment Type	Contractual (three years, renewable). Compensation and benefits as per NBP policy.
