How to obtain documents: Tender documents are issued on firm letterhead against payment of Rs. 1,000/- per tender by Demand Draft (non-refundable) in favour of the Accounts Officer. Drafts and proposals should be sent / delivered to the address below.
Submission & opening: Sealed tenders must reach the undersigned by the due date and time specified against each tender (quotations received after the due time will not be accepted). Quotations will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Submission deadline is up to 14:00 hrs on the mentioned due date; openings are at 14:30 hrs on the same date. Financial bids (where applicable) will be opened tentatively on 2016-10-28 at 10:30 hrs.
