Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Military Lands & Cantonments Dept). The Cantonment Executive Officer invites electronic bids (e‑Bids) from reputable and eligible firms for annual repair and maintenance works in Rawalpindi Cantt for the Financial Year 2026–2027. Interested firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as active taxpayers. Bidding documents and submission are through the E‑PADS V2.0 portal only.
Key submission details: bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 on or before 2026-09-10 at 13:00; bids will be opened the same day at 13:30. Tender documents are available exclusively on PPRA and E‑PADS portals. Earnest money (2% of estimated cost) must be provided as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt.
