Key responsibilities and required skills include: technical expertise in Layer 2/3 switches, core firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS; managing core network elements and optimization (including bandwidth monitoring, DoS prevention, health checks, SLA monitoring); network implementation, commissioning and RMA processes; ensuring infrastructure standards, cabling and equipment mounting; redundancy testing, backups and restoration; information security tasks including encryption and firewalling for network elements; maintaining documentation (SOPs, IP schemes, drawings, manuals); vendor SLA management and coordination with headquarters and field teams; 24/7 support and shift/ weekend availability; strong communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
