Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites e-bids (Single Stage — Two Envelope) through the E-PADS V2.0 portal for multiple civil and public improvement works. Eligible, experienced firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized codes may submit bids electronically.

Key instructions: Bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA and E-PADS V2.0 portals. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS V2.0 on or before 2026-10-13 at 13:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 13:30 hours. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on E-PADS V2.0 may register via the portal.
Bidders shall provide 2% earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. Procurement will follow the Single Stage—Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened.
