Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids (Single Stage — Two Envelope) through E‑PADS V2.0 for multiple construction, water supply, treatment and public improvement works for the Financial Year 2026–27. Issuing authority: Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt.

Key conditions: Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents are available exclusively via the PPRA and E‑PADS V2.0 portals. Bids must be submitted electronically through E‑PADS V2.0.
Earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the e‑bid; the original CDR must be submitted prior to opening of technical bids.
Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage—Two Envelope Procedure. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under PPRA Rule 48. Award of contract is subject to approval of the Competent Authority.
Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted through E‑PADS V2.0 on or before 2026-10-13. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-10-13 at 13:30 (1:30 PM).
