Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Cantt Executive Officer). The Board invites electronic bids (Single Stage — Two Envelope) through E‑PADS v2.0 for multiple civil and public improvement works to be executed during Financial Year 2026–2027.
Key submission details: Bids must be submitted electronically via the E‑PADS v2.0 portal on or before 2026-10-13 at 13:00. Bids will be opened the same day at 13:30. Manual submission is not permitted. Procurement will follow PPRA/SNT procedures and the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted.
Eligibility and conditions: Firms/contractors must be reputed, experienced and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized codes. Firms must comply with tax registration and other statutory requirements. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Cantt Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. Original CDR must be produced prior to opening of technical bids.
