Tender: Testing Services for Hajj-2027 Selection — Ministry of Religious Affairs, Islamabad

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony invites sealed Technical and Financial bids (Single Stage–Two Envelope, Rule 36(b), PPRA Rules 2004) via EPADS from eligible, experienced testing services firms/agencies to design and conduct written and physical tests for selection of Khuddam-ul-Hujaj Nazimeen and the written test for the Hajj Medical Mission for Hajj-2027.

Eligibility: minimum 3 years' relevant experience, valid NTN/GST/ATL status and not blacklisted. Bid security: Rs 5,000,000 (Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) in favor of Secretary, Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Islamabad. Bidding documents are available free on EPADS and at www.mora.gov.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk.
