ISMO Invitation for e-Bids: Procurement of IT Equipment & Laptops (Ref. 11/2026-27, 12/2026-27)

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites e-bids via PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for procurement of IT equipment.

Registration and submission are electronic only through EPADS; bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate. E-bidding documents, terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, opening and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS and can also be downloaded from ISMO and PPRA websites.

Submission deadline: 16 October 2026 at 11:00 Hrs (bids submitted electronically through EPADS). Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs.
