PHED Sheikhupura E‑Tender (Single Stage Two Envelopes) for Sewerage & Sanitation Scheme — Bid by 2026-10-19

Public Health Engineering Division, Sheikhupura invites e-tenders under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for approved development schemes for the year 2026-27 (MRS List H1 Annual 2026, period 01-01-2026 to 30-06-2026). Registered contractors/firms holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant code/category for 2026-27 are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

Bids will be submitted and processed electronically. E-bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or an accepted equivalent as indicated below.
