ISMO Invitation for e-Bids — Procurement of IT Equipment & Laptops/Servers (Closing 2026-10-16)

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites electronic bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for procurement of IT equipment and computing systems.

Registration and bidding: Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS. Register or submit bids electronically via EPADS 2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidding documents, terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, opening, and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS, ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk/) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).

Deadline and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-10-16 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs.
