CDA Environment Directorate (East) Invites E-Bids for Landscaping/Horticulture Works at Federal Constitution Court, Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA), Environment Directorate (East) invites electronic bids on a Single Stage–One Envelope basis for landscaping and horticulture works at the Federal Constitution Court of Pakistan, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad for the Year 2026-27.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-10 (Year 2026-27) and able to prove eligibility and qualifications as required in the bidding documents.

Procedure and Submission: Single Stage–One Envelope procedure will be adopted using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADSv2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements) on or before Tuesday, November 03, 2026, 11:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM using EPADSv2.0 in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders’ authorized representatives.

Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order / Call at Deposit and a bid securing declaration where required.

Registration: Interested bidders must be registered on EPADSv2.0 to participate. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
