STLF Tender — Construction of Orphan Home in Umerkot (STLF/CON/ORPHAN-HOUSE/2026/01)

Save The Lives Foundation (STLF) invites sealed bids from qualified, legally registered construction companies/contractors for construction of an Orphan Home in Umerkot, Sindh.

Minimum eligibility requirements: Minimum three (3) years of relevant general construction experience; proven experience in similar projects executed in the last three years; valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category/code; valid Federal Board of Revenue (NTN/Income Tax) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB/Sales Tax) registration with Active Taxpayer status; detailed company profile with financial capacity (bank statement/turnover) and verifiable client references; affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government, semi-government or autonomous body.

Tender documents & schedule: Complete bidding documents are available via email (write to [email protected]) or physically from the STLF office during office hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from 2026-09-30 to 2026-10-14. Duly filled, signed and stamped sealed bids must be delivered to the STLF address below by 2026-10-15 up to 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM.
