National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for Risk Management positions based in Karachi. Vacancies include Manager MIS (AVP) and Assistant Manager (Policy) roles for Consumer Secured and Unsecured Finance. | Assistant Manager - Policy, Consumer Secured Finance (AVP) | Unit Head - Policy Consumer Products, Retail & Program Lending Division | Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. | Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years in Secured Consumer Policy, Credit Risk or Product/Program based lending across Consumer, Agri & SBP schemes. Experience in Housing Finance, Auto Finance or other secured products advantageous. | Formulate, review and maintain secured consumer & agri product policies and programs; set target markets, risk acceptance criteria, exposure limits, tenors and collateral norms; review/amend product programs, proposals, policies, SOPs, scorecards and ORR models; assess portfolio risk and recommend lending criteria; review policy exceptions and deviations; ensure effective credit policies and documentation of changes with audit trail; stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliance. |
| Assistant Manager - Policy, Consumer Unsecured Finance (AVP) | Unit Head - Policy Consumer Products, Retail & Program Lending Division | Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. | Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years in Unsecured Consumer Policy, Credit Risk or Product/Program based lending across Consumer, Agri & SBP schemes. Experience in consumer unsecured lending products advantageous. | Formulate and maintain unsecured consumer product policies and programs; set market targets, acceptance criteria, exposure limits and collateral norms where applicable; review and analyze policy and product program submissions; recommend changes and risk mitigation; assess portfolio risk and approve requirements; review policy exceptions and support sound credit decision making; incorporate stakeholder feedback and maintain audit trail. |
