Eligibility & application: Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials (as required). Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions for the job and area. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration. Contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.
Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department in the Court of Law and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
