Sindh College Education Final Show-Cause Notice to Muhammad Fayyaz, Sanghar

The Government of Sindh, College Education Department, has issued a final show-cause notice to Muhammad Fayyaz, son of Allah Bakhsh, Lecturer in Mathematics (BPS-17), PSSSS Government Degree College, Sanghar. The notice bears reference No. SO(HR-I)M-68/2000 and is dated 16 October 2026, Karachi.

A show-cause notice was served on the lecturer on 11 September 2026. The department records that he has failed to submit a response and remains continuously absent from government service, constituting misconduct and a violation of service discipline.

The department proposes the major penalty of dismissal from service under Rule 4(1)(b)(iii) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1973.

Muhammad Fayyaz is directed to submit his response to this final show-cause notice within seven days of receiving it. Failure to respond will result in imposition of the proposed major penalty. He may also indicate whether he wishes to be heard in person.
