Newtown Housing Project Gwadar Tender for Phase III Internal Link Roads

The Project Director, Newtown Housing Project Gwadar, invites eligible bidders to undertake the following construction work for 2026 on a percentage-rate basis using Composite Schedule Rates 2026. Tender reference: TSE-2627111219263.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 58,164,669 during the previous two years.

Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority is mandatory for all bidders participating in Government of Balochistan procurements, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. For this tender, only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required.

Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. The Notice Inviting Tender and complete bidding documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk.

Submit bids through the supplier dashboard by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM through the EPPS system.
