Deputy Commissioner Gwadar Tender for Gate House and Boundary Pillars at Employees Housing Society

The Deputy Commissioner Gwadar invites bids from eligible bidders for construction works for 2026 at the Balochistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Gwadar. Tender reference: TSE-2627111219313. Bidding is on a percentage-rate basis using Composite Schedule Rates 2023.

Tender fee: PKR 1,000. Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost, furnished as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Bidders must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 53,898,964 during the two preceding years.

Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders participating in government procurements, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. For this tender, only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required.
