Federal Flood Commission Tender for IT Equipment – Reference P129421

The PCMU/FPSP-III (Flood Protection Sector Project), Office of the Chief Engineering Adviser/Chairman, Federal Flood Commission (CEA/CFFC), invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment under reference P129421. Funds have been reserved for procurement planned for FY 2026–27, and part of these funds will cover eligible payments under the contract.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

Each bid must include either bid security in the amount prescribed in the bidding documents, in the form of a call deposit, or a bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/129421. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bids prepared according to the electronic bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
