WAPDA Tarbela e-Bid No. 3 for Installation of Poles at Right Bank Colonies

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through the Chief Engineer, Tarbela Power Station, invites electronic bids for providing and installing poles at Right Bank Colonies, Tarbela, under Invitation to e-Bid No. 3.

Eligible contractors must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold a Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence in category C-6 or above with EE-06 mandatory, renewed for financial year 2026–27, and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, requirements and eligibility criteria are available to registered bidders through EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by the stated deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day, 30 minutes after closing, at 11:30 AM, in the office of the Executive Engineer Civil, Right Bank Colonies Division, Tarbela, Tehsil Topi, District Swabi, in the presence of bidders' designated representatives. The single-stage, one-envelope procedure will apply.

Each bidder must furnish the original bid security of Rs. 550,000 in the form of a CDR in favour of the Chief Engineer (Power), Tarbela Dam, before the bid closing date and time.
