Ecopack Ltd Final Cash Dividend Payment for Year Ended June 30, 2026

Ecopack Ltd announces payment of a final cash dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share, equivalent to 30%, for the financial year ended June 30, 2026. Shareholders approved the dividend at the company's 35th Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2026.

In accordance with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017 and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, the dividend was transferred electronically to shareholders' designated bank accounts on November 3, 2026. Payment was made to shareholders appearing in the register of members on October 14, 2026 who had supplied valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and International Bank Account Number (IBAN) details. Shareholders may confirm receipt with their respective banks.

Under the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, dividend payments have been withheld for shareholders whose valid CNIC or IBAN details are unavailable. To receive their dividend, these shareholders should download the credit mandate form from the company's website, complete it with their correct CNIC and IBAN details, and submit the signed form together with a certified copy of their valid CNIC.

Shareholders holding shares in electronic form should submit their documents to their respective CDC participant or CDC Investor Account Services. Shareholders holding physical shares should submit their documents to the Company Secretary or the share registrar, THK Associates (Private) Limited, Plot No. 32-C, Jami Commercial Street 2, DHA Phase VII, Karachi.

Shareholders may also access the Central Depository Company's Centralized Cash Dividend Register (CCDR) through https://csp.cdcaccess.com.pk to obtain a complete report of cash dividends for their share portfolio. This report is also available through their participant or stockbroker on the CDS menu screen.
