Municipal Committee Ratodero Shop Allotment and Rental Auction 2026

The Office of the Chairman, Municipal Committee Ratodero, invites open bids for the allotment and monthly rental of its shops near the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Ratodero Branch.

Auction Schedule

The open auction will take place at Municipal Committee Ratodero on 16 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Interested bidders are invited to participate. If further auction proceedings are required, the second auction will be held on 19 November 2026, followed by the final auction on 25 November 2026.

Terms and Conditions

The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason. Acceptance of the highest bid is subject to approval by the competent authority and completion of the required legal procedures.

Bidders for the ground-floor shops must deposit security equal to 50% of the PKR 6,000,000 starting bid.

The successful highest bidder must pay the full shop amount within three months. Failure to pay within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Defaulting tenants and unlawful occupants of Municipal Committee Ratodero properties are ineligible to participate in the bidding, and their applications will not be accepted.

Detailed auction terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the Chief Municipal Officer, Municipal Committee Ratodero, during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The auction committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction.
