Punjab Forensic Science Authority E-Tenders for Laboratory Equipment, Hardware and Freezer

Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA), Home Department, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, invites tenders from sales tax, income tax and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registered firms for the supply of goods to the Forensic Science Laboratory. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure through Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-procurement.

Interested applicants must register on the e-procurement system to participate. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and through the PPRA website at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Technical and financial proposals must be prepared according to the tender document and submitted through e-procurement by 20 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical proposals will be opened through the same system that day at 11:30 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, submission and opening will take place on the next working day.

PFSA management may reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
