PIEDMC Tender for Main Boulevard Overlay Works at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC), a Government of Punjab company established to facilitate industrial growth, invites electronic bids for repair and maintenance works involving the overlay of Main Boulevard (Denim Road) at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded free of charge from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.pie.com.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to submit their electronic bids.

Completed, signed and stamped bids, fully conforming to the bidding documents, must be submitted through https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by the deadline. Bids submitted through any other method will not be accepted.

Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab in accordance with Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines and regulations. Physical financial instruments, including CDRs, bank guarantees, pay orders and bank drafts, will not be accepted.

The PPRA procurement website is http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

A firm's bid will be cancelled if it is found to be blacklisted by PIEDMC and PPRA or to have supplied false or misleading information, and the firm will be recommended for punitive action. PIEDMC management may reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended from time to time.
