University of Child Health Sciences Lahore e-Bids for Supplies and Services 2026–27

The University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore invites electronic bids for a framework contract covering supplies and services for financial year 2026–27. Eligible bidders must be engaged in trading, registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, and registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments.

The procurement covers general items, stationery, computer stationery, printing and publications, plant and machinery, furniture, IT equipment, computer hardware, dental and clinical physiological laboratory items, entertainment items, newspapers, periodicals, books and online journals. The framework contract covers requirements detailed in the bidding documents and future correspondence.

Bidding will follow the open competitive bidding method using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended.

English-language bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available immediately from the publication date. They may also be downloaded through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the e-Procurement portal at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/.

Bidders are encouraged to register on e-PADS to participate. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Cell, University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore, during working hours before the e-bid opening date.

Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procuring agency will not be responsible for a firm's failure to submit an e-bid because of technical errors or internet failure. An e-bid or e-proposal, including its entries and records submitted through e-Procurement, will be rejected if it is corrupt, unreadable, contains a virus or is submitted against the wrong lot. Lot-wise submissions will be accepted for further evaluation only when submitted against the relevant lot.

The procuring agency will not bear bidders’ costs or expenses for preparing or submitting bids. If the scheduled opening day is an official holiday, bids will be opened on the next day at the same time and venue.

Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
