Interested parties must submit their bids through the official E-PADS website by 10:00 a.m. on 20 November 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m.

Material details and the relevant terms and conditions are available for download from https://pa.epads.gov.pk. Only bidders registered with Sales Tax and holding an NTN are eligible to participate. Bidders must upload their Sales Tax Registration Certificate and NTN Certificate on E-PADS.
