Lasbela Roads Tender for Blacktop Road from Sukan to Kanki

The Executive Engineer Roads, Provincial B&R, Lasbela invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the following road work for 2026, based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 and percentage rates. Tender reference: TSE-2627111219383.

The tender fee is PKR 2,000, and bid security is 4%. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure.

Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 346,635,070 over the preceding two consecutive years, showing the firm's financial capacity.

Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-3 or above, covering work up to PKR 500 million, is required, together with relevant specialized codes CE02 and CE01-10 for roads, pavements, drainage and retaining structures.

All bidders participating in Government of Balochistan procurement, whether through electronic or manual submission, must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan. Only electronic bids will be accepted for this tender; physical bids are not required.

Bids must include 4% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the undersigned.
