Tender for Establishment of a 50-Bed Hospital at Rakhni, Barkhan

The Project Director, Upgradation of THQ Bakhter to DHQ Bakhter and Establishment of a 50-Bed Hospital at Rakhni, Barkhan, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors. Tender reference: TSE-252711121983. The work is offered on percentage rates based on Composite Schedule Rates 2025.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required. Registration with the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for bidders participating in government procurement, whether through electronic or manual submission.

Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 320,000,000 during the preceding three years.

Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-3 or above, covering works up to PKR 500 million, is required. Relevant specialized codes are CE10(i), General Civil Engineering Works, and CE10(vii), General Buildings and Maintenance.

The PKR 1,000 tender processing fee must be deposited under account head C02716, Training, PD LEHBB. Bids must include security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the Project Director.
