PAA Lahore Tender for Open Drain Wall Raising and Precast Covering at Allama Iqbal International Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids under PPRA Rule No. 36(a), using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, for civil works at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.

Bid documents, including the procurement method and detailed terms and conditions, are available through the PPRA E-PADS 2 System at https://www.epads.gov.pk/.

Bidders must submit the following mandatory documents:

• Valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• A valid Professional Tax Certificate.
• Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
• An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 300 confirming ownership of the firm, absence of blacklisting, and details of pending litigation, if any.

Bid security must be provided as a Pay Order or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank, drawn in favour of PAA Development Works AU AIIAP, Lahore. The original bid security must be delivered in person to the office of the undersigned by the submission deadline.

Bidders must also submit their bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA E-PADS 2 System before the submission deadline.

PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under PPRA rules. Any overwriting or crossing in an offer must be signed by the person signing the tender. All pages of the tender must be properly signed. Blanco must not be used under any circumstances.

Any Pay Order, Bank Draft or other financial instrument submitted by bidders or contractors as tender cost, earnest money, bid security or a bank guarantee that is found to be fake or dishonoured by the issuing bank or financial institution at any pre-contract or post-contract stage will lead to blacklisting and legal action under applicable law.
