PKLI Lahore Tender Notice for Spare Parts and Engineering Supplies

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore, invites electronic bids from vendors and firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the procurement of spare parts and engineering supplies. Bidding will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Bidding documents, including detailed specifications, are available free of charge at https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/. Tender information is also available at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. The response period will be calculated from the publication date on the Punjab PPRA website.

Bidders must submit their e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk by the applicable closing date and time. Hard copies are not required. The procuring agency will not be responsible for submission failures caused by technical errors or internet failure.

Bid security of up to 2% of the estimated amount, in Pakistani rupees, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the procedure prescribed by PITB.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC, during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. PKLI&RC will not bear any costs incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering their electronic bids.

Bid receipt, opening, assessment and award will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. In the event of a conflict between the bidding documents and those rules, the rules will prevail.
