DHA City Karachi Tender for Construction of an Underground Water Tank

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope Procedure for construction of an underground water tank at DHA City Karachi.

Bidding documents can be obtained from the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM 50, Motorway M-9, postal code 75340, during working hours from 5 November 2025. Applicants must submit a written request, pay the document fee through a pay order in favour of DHA City Karachi, and produce a valid PEC registration certificate.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Main Conference Room, DHAC, Karachi.

Bid security equal to 2% of the bid amount must accompany the bid in the form of a demand draft, pay order or bank guarantee issued in the prescribed form included in the bidding documents.

Sealed bids must reach the D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi, by 11:00 a.m. on 23 November 2026. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend and carry an authority letter. Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened on a separate date.

Bids containing incomplete or deficient information will be rejected. Bidders must carefully review the bidding documents and submit all relevant documents required by the bidding conditions. DHA City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids under the applicable rules and regulations.
