MEPCO Absence from Duty Notice for Meter Reader Rafiullah

Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) has issued an absence from duty notice to Rafiullah, son of Abdul Janan, Meter Reader at MEPCO Operation Kot Khadim Ali Subdivision, Sahiwal. His absence commenced on 2 May 2026.

The employee has remained deliberately absent from duty despite letters sent to his residential address directing him to report to the office. He has neither resumed duty nor submitted a reply.

Rafiullah is directed to appear before the Additional Superintending Engineer (Operation), MEPCO First Division, Sahiwal, and submit his explanation within seven days. Failure to comply will result in ex parte proceedings under the Pakistan WAPDA Employees E&D Rules, 1978, and no excuse will be accepted.
