Federal Constitutional Court Hearing Notice for Chashma Ghee Mills Tax and Cess Appeal

The Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, has fixed Civil Appeal No. 80 of 2020 and related identical cases for hearing on 10 November 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Constitutional Avenue, Islamabad.

The proceedings concern tax, cess and fees, including the imposition of cess at 1% of the value of goods entering or leaving the province from or outside the country.

All concerned parties and advocates are required to arrange their representation before the Court on the hearing date. Before attending, they should check the final Cause List on the Court’s official website, www.fccp.gov.pk, to confirm the fixation of their cases.

Attendees must bring their original CNIC for identification and entry into the Court premises.
