The Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Islamabad, invites applications from Pakistani nationals for legal consultant positions under Advertisement No. 02/2026.

Appointment will be purely on a contract basis, initially for 12 months, extendable subject to satisfactory performance. PCSIR is an equal-opportunity employer, and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Applicants with higher qualifications and an excellent academic record will be preferred. Candidates having any third division will not be considered. Applicants already in government service must apply through the proper channel.
Selection will be strictly on merit. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview, and no TA/DA will be paid. PCSIR recruitment rules and regulations will apply. The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and to postpone or stop the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.
