Punjab Police Thermal Camera Solutions Prequalification for FY 2026-27

The Police Department, Government of Punjab, invites prequalification applications from eligible firms and companies for the supply of Thermal Camera Solutions for financial year 2026-27. Applicants must be registered with the tax departments and hold valid, active NTN and GST numbers. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System is required to participate.

Prequalification documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, the Punjab Police website at https://punjabpolice.gov.pk, and the Punjab PPRA website at http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Firms and companies must prepare and submit their applications, together with all relevant documents required by the prequalification document, through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Applicants are advised to upload their applications well before the deadline rather than waiting until the final date. Responsibility for submission through the system rests entirely with the applicant firm or company.

The Police Department will not be responsible for costs incurred in submitting documents and reserves the right to cancel the shortlisting process at any time. The response time will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx.
